Website content is provided for general information and to help you understand EyeC services. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for advice based on an in-person eye examination.

Not an emergency service

The website, enquiry forms, email and WhatsApp are not emergency services. For sudden vision loss, severe pain, injury or another urgent eye problem, seek prompt in-person medical care.

Appointments and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when EyeC accepts the requested time or when a future online booking and payment process confirms it. Please ensure the contact details you provide are accurate.

Paid online consultations

When paid online consultations are activated, the price, available times and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be shown during checkout. The separate Online Consultation Terms will also apply.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but services, prices, availability and content may change. EyeC may update, suspend or withdraw website features without notice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the EyeC name, logo, website design, copy and original visual material may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.

External services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as maps, scheduling, payment, video meeting or analytics providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, EyeC is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information, interrupted access, or third-party services outside EyeC’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
